WHAT IS A WARRIOR?

A warrior is someone on the path to self-mastery who is overcoming obstacles to become more both physically and mentally. A warrior is dedicated to their cause and works hard regardless of setbacks. The TFW 8 Week Warrior challenge is designed for warriors who aspire to be more, and who are willing to work for it. If this sounds like you, come kickstart your physical fitness to match your mental toughness.

The 8 Week Warrior Challenge is a safe introductory fitness program that produces RESULTS.

We provide you with the structure and support you need to make rapid and safe progress towards better health, lean muscle, and fat loss including:

MWF: 5:00am-6:00am (For all you early birds)

MWF: 4:30pm-5:30pm
